Shipping Carrier:
Due to the large items our manufacturers carry, items are shipped using major US carrier. ex. FedEx, DHL, UPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Smaller items are shipped at our discretion via USPS mail service.

Ship To Locations:
We and our manufacturers ship only to the lower 48 contiguous United States of America.

Exchanges:
Customer to email us for approval and address, we suggest sending the item back for return and repurchasing new item. Please see return policy below.

Note: All exchanges must be shipped back with proper tracking number and insurance is recommended, your return tracking number must be provided to us.

Returns:
All returns must be sent back within 10 days of receipt of delivery. All returns require a RA number and a proper return address. DO NOT send back to the address on the shipping label, each manufacturer has it's own special returns unit address. Return requests must be sent to us in the form of email. Include: name, address, invoice number, SKU, state return request and email: support@thecatandkittenstore.com, we will answer you by email.

20% restock fee applied to all returns, unless item found defective or damaged at time of delivery, (see below). Kittywalk Systems: 25% restock fee applied to all returns and exchanges.
Shipping charges incurred when shipped to you are non refundable, consumer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Note: All returns must be shipped back with proper tracking number and insurance is recommended, your return tracking number must be provided to us.

Only New unused items in original packaging and box are accepted:
Used items and items without original box and packaging as shipped to you will cannot be returned -no refund given!

No Returns Accepted For:
Open pet medicines, litter products, litter furniture, custom or customized orders, pet toys, pet food. Items with: pet hair, dander, fleas, scratch marks, claw/chew damage, pet stains, watermarks, urine or feces. visibly used items, pet carriers.
(due to strict US health regulations regarding pet carriers, once you place your pet into the pet carrier it is deemed non returnable).

Defective/Damaged Merchandise:
In rare instance, If you have received defective goods or damaged by carrier goods, we will require photos and proper documentation in order to help you and file claim, email us within 24-48 hours of delivery, include photos, description of defect or damage, order number, name address and phone number, we will assist you in a timely manner.

Cancellation Policy:
If your order is cancelled within 4 hours - a 10% cancellation fee applies
If your order has been processed, built or begun being built, but not shipped at time of cancellation - there is a 20% cancellation fee.
If your order has been built, packaged and/or shipped at time of cancellation - there is a 25% cancellation fee - if shipped-:minus 2-way shipping costs.

Warranty:
Please contact us for specifics for each manufacturer. Most our manufacturers warranty against defect on their items for 30 days (parts only), some have up to 2/3 years, contact us by email with your original order number, name, address, SKU number, date of purchase and your warranty question, manufacturers replace defective parts during the issued warranty period only. If a part is needed after the warranty period expires, a small fee will apply to replace.

Coupon codes are redeemable at time of checkout only; discounts codes cannot be used after order has been processed.

Refused and/or Undeliverable Shipment:
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and or an item begin refused will be re-delivered after contact (re-shipping fee will be charged) or refund issued minus 20- 25% restock fee and less 2 way shipping costs.
Orders processed from other Countries will be refunded immediately minus a 10% cancellation fee.
