Warranty: Warranty claims must be presented by using the Contact Us form (above) this is to provide proper records and documentation. Include full billing name, phone number and order number. **Photos are be required for all warranty claims.
RMA Request Include the following information: full name used at time of billing, orders invoice number (6 digits) or confirmation number (8 characters) and reason for return.
