Will my pet like what I have purchased for them?
Every pet is different and we cannot guarantee every item will work with every pet, please make sure to choose wisely and know your pets size, characteristic and preferences prior to purchases. We are happy to help direct you to a product, feel free to emeow us or call prior to your purchase, we love to help!

How long will it take my pet to like the cat tree I bought him or her?
Normally cats take to cat trees fast, however, if you have a feral or new kitty, please give them time to get used to the idea, never rush or place you pet on the item, let them get used to it in their own time, generally we have heard from our customers it can take 1 day to up to a few weeks for fluffy to get used to their new cat tree, level by level. Usually its a nice idea to place it where there is a window, where kitties can enjoy the views.
When will my item ship?
In order to provide the fastest service, we ship from multiple warehouses throughout the USA, please note each manufacturers given ship times offered at the bottom of each items description.
Do you offer mailed catalogs?No, we went

Do you ship outside of the Lower 48 United States? At this time shipping is offered to the lower 48 United States only.
Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping?
Due to the sizes of products we offer overnight and/or expedited shipping is not offered.
