Each Double Decker Pet House is insulated with a Thermal-Ply insulation that not only keeps your pet warm in the winter, but also gives them a cool place to relax during the heat of the summer.
Our heated double decker outdoor cedar cat house is great for that colony of cats, it especially gets them out of the way of predators when they go to the top level. Between the two houses they will house up to 4 averaged size cats.
The extra lounging deck acts as a generous porch roof that helps shield the doorway opening from dripping rain and melting snow. The upper deck is great if your cat just needs to get away or just enjoy bathing in the sun.

Heating:
- (2) - 9x12 heating pads
- Thermostatically controlled - the internal thermostat is preset to be the perfect temperature (102 degrees)
- 102 degrees is an animals normal body temperature
- Weather-proof for outdoor or indoor use
- 5' 6" cord with 18" steel chew guard
- Only uses 25 watts of power.
- Pre drilled heating pad cord hole provided in rear of house/s
Note: Heating pads may be shipped with unit or separately from unit and may arrive a few days prior or shortly after unit arrives.
Rear escape door and vinyl door flaps option:
- Rear door/s will measure same as front door.
- Vinyl door flaps are affixed to wood and screw inside door frame and are removable.
- Vinyl door flap is also sold separately

Your cedar pet house will be delivered un-assembled. It takes about 25 minutes to assemble the house and deck, guided by the easy instructions enclosed.
