All units are handmade in the USA, shipped fully assembled and usually ships within 5-7 business days (M-F) by one of two methods
1.) LTL, All units except 2 tier condos and Molly Cat House are delivered LTL Freight. Units will be shipped to your doorstep. You will be contacted by phone prior to delivery to set up time for delivery.
2.) UPS, UPS only ships two tier condos, scratch posts and Molly Cat Tree.
