The Kitty Sill includes both Velcro (no tools needed for Velcro attachment) and screws for a more permanent attachment, so you can choose how you would like to mount the Kitty Sill.
Please remember that if you are using Velcro® to attach the Kitty Sill you must let the Velcro® set for 24 hours on the window sill and the kitty sill before mounting the kitty sill to the window sill.
This allows the Velcro® to “set” and ensures that your kitty sill will not slide off the window sill.
