This cedar cat house has Thermal-Ply insulation which is placed inside the floor, walls and ceiling. The Thermal-Ply insulation will keep your pet warm in the winter, and it will give it a nice cool place to go to during the heat of the summer.

Rear escape door and vinyl door flaps option
Rear door/s will measure same as front door, 6" x 8".
Vinyl door flaps are affixed to wood and screw inside door frame and are removable for your pets comfort and ease to enter and leave the premise.
Assembly Option
You can either choose to order your house to be delivered assembled OR unassembled; it takes about 15 minutes to assemble the panels, guided by the easy instructions enclosed, or pre-assembled; house will be shipped fully assembled and ready for use.
Easy to clean, the roof is removed easily by 4 screws
