The cat litter houses are made of e-flute corrugated material. Each house is laminated with four color print design and then an aqueous coating is applied to enhance the colors and protect the finish. Because of the durable material, maintenance and cleaning of your kitty litter home is easy.
How do I clean the Chateau Looey?
Should you need cleaning of the house due to cat litter odor, simply apply a small amount of Nature’s Miracle spray on the interior of the house. Use a soft dry towel or feather duster to keep the outside of the kitty litter house free of dust and dirt.
Please note that Chateau Looey cat houses are made for inside home use and not for outside of your house.

Each Chateau Looey kitty house is enclosed in plastic with assembly instructions and shipped in a heavy duty corrugated box.

How large is the door where the cat enters?
The door is cut out 5” from the ground and is 7” wide and 8” tall. The opening is large enough to hide the aluminum tray of a litter box still make it easy for your cat to walk or jump in.
Does the house come pre-assembled?
The house is designed in three pieces: a front and side, a back and side and the roof. Assembly instructions are included with each house and with a few little bends each section pops into place.
