This heated house will keep your kitty nice and cozy and warm during the cold months. Your house will come with a heating pad that is durable and easy to clean, thermostatically controlled - the internal thermostat is preset to be the perfect temperature, heated pad is also weather-proof for outdoor or indoor use, heated pad is 9" x 12" and has a 5' 6" cord with 18" steel chew guard and only burns 25 watts of power, 25 watts is all thats needed to keep your indoor or outdoor pet warm and comfy even in the coldest of climates.

Each house is individually hand crafted with high quality workmanship and materials. Cedar is the wood of choice for long outdoor use and will last a lifetime. All of our houses are insulated with a Thermal-Ply insulation that is placed inside the floor, walls and ceiling that not only keeps your pet warm in the winter but it also gives them a nice cool place to go to during the heat of the summer. This smart design offers comfort for kitties: Its elevated height keeps them from ground chill and wet conditions. The lower deck is a great place for cat naps. The top extra lounging deck acts as a generous porch roof which helps shield the doorway opening from dripping rain and melting snow and is great if your kitty just needs to get up high, or just enjoys bathing in the sun. It's perfect cat furniture for the neighborhood feral who is adamant about staying outdoors or for the indoor kitty who insists on hanging out near you while you're in the garden.

This house is big enough to accommodate 2 averaged sized cats.

Watertight and Waterproof

The lower porch/deck is 16 inches off the ground with a 23 x 9 inch deck and the upper lounging deck is 36 inches from the ground measures- 33 x 23 inch.

Your cedar pet house will be delivered unassembled. The lower deck comes fully assembled and just require the legs to be screwed in place. The walls and roof are fully built and just need to be assembled. It takes about 20 minutes to assemble the house and deck, guided by the easy instructions enclosed. Easy to clean, roof is removed easily by 4 screws.

Optional (removable) vinyl door available.

Each cedar cat dog house is custom made to order and usually leaves the warehouse within 7-14 business days via FedEx.
