All of our houses are insulated with a Thermal-Ply insulation that is placed inside the floor, walls and ceiling that not only keep your pet warm in the winter but it also gives them a nice cool place to go to during the heat of the summer.

The extra upper deck acts as a generous porch roof which helps shield the doorway opening from dripping rain and melting snow and the upper deck is great if your kitty just needs to get up high, to just enjoys bathing in the sun.

The lower porch - deck is 16 inches off the ground and measures 18 x 9 inch, the upper raised deck measures 33 inches from the ground with a 30 x 18 inch measurement. Your cedar pet house will be delivered unassembled. The lower porch is fully assembled and just require the legs to be screwed in place. The walls and roof are fully built and just need to be assembled. It takes about 20 minutes to assemble the house and platform, guided by the easy instructions enclosed. Easy to clean, roof is removed easily by 4 screws.
