How do I obtain my orders tracking number:
Orders are track-able once you have received our "Order Completed" email, enter your orders confirmation number in the above field and press "Go!".
Note: Your confirmation no# can be found below the "Ship To" address on your order confirmation or order complete email sent to you. Please keep in mind that tracking numbers will not work until the courier scans your package into their system, usually one day or less. Multiple order may ship from different warehouses and be received at separate times.
I lost or forgot my password:

I am a registered customer and need to change my information:

I have Shipping Damage or Item Defect Upon Delivery:
In rare instance if you received goods that are damaged during shipping or defective parts or goods, contact us immediately within 24 hours by email: support@thecatandkittenstore.com, please keep all original parts and shipping box, provide to us your order number and detailed photos and we will assist you.
